I made this card for a friends son. He has changed his life a lot. A total u turn. He has been voted for employ of the month and I thought I would make this card and tell him congrats. I also let him know that I was very proud of him. We don't tell each other often enough how we feel. I just handed out about 5 cards today just to show my feelings and appreciation form those people. Hi everyone! I have a question to ask you all. My brother has just left from Alaska for Warhorse last night. Which I believe is in Iraq. I don't really no how many times he has had to go over there. If I had to guess some where around 4-5. This time has really got him upset. He is very depressed. I am so worried about him. Here is a portion of a letter I got today
--- he is depressed, he didn't sound like he was ready for this one. He was always high spirited for the other trips. Anyway we all need to keep him in prayer.

This is so cool. I have put a magnet on the back. This uses a jumbo paper clip, two scallop circle punches, dimensional, and three different sizes circle punches. This was originally a book marker then I thought wow lets put a magnet on it and use it on my fridge. Well that is what I did.

I am also making a bunch of these for our school. Each staff member will get one. Yes that is a lot. Over 100 staff members. My business card calender, and flyer's will all be in the paper clip. All I need now is a basket to put them all in. Wish me luck!

Thanks to a dear friend Denise I was able to make the Birthday cards. They were so much fun to make. I saw them on splitcoast stampers and new I just had to try them. The first Birthday card yes does have a button on it with the ribbon threaded through. The Sun Fun you can't tell but the oranges and the words are embossed. I also saw that somewhere and had to try it. Now although I found these some where they ARE NOT the same as the originals. To also get a feel of how the second Birthday card is I will take a photo of it and post later. Have a great day everyone.

I did this layout for a swap. I love it. I used the summer picnic paper with matching solids. I used the big flowers and perennials stamp set. Its funny how they worked great together. I embossed the flowers at the bottom and popped the two outside ones up. The top one was also popped up and has a brad in the middle. I hope you like it.

Ok, here you go the new Fresh Cut stamps and note cards. They are so cool. So I have now found a new favorite stamp set. This photo shows the front of the envelope.
This one shows the back of the envelope. I used old olive ink and ribbon, ruby red, black , and not quite navy ink. I also embossed the inside portion which was stamped on vellum. Hope you enjoy!

This was something I did for my mom. It was a photo of the grand kids. I printed it on transparency paper and tacky taped it to the glass.

Here is my chip board. I inked it with ruby red, then embossed it, and added dazzling diamonds. I also added a magnet to the back to put on the fridge.
